Kitchen - Clear all photos and children's drawings from the refrigerator and walls. We want buyers to look at the kitchen not the family's photo and art gallery. Remove unnecessary countertop appliances for a cleaner look. A spotless kitchen is a must!
Master Bedroom - A large carpet hides beautiful wood floors. Removing the carpet and drapery, and repositioning the bed, creates space and allows buyers to "mentally move in".
