About Linda Esposito and HouseSetters

Linda Esposito established HouseSetters in the summer of 2004 when she relocated from New York City to the town of Hurley, New York. During the ten months she spent house hunting, Linda became very familiar with the wide range of residential real estate properties in the Hudson Valley region including Ulster, Dutchess, Columbia, Orange and Greene counties. As a former New Yorker, Linda has a unique insight into the style and expectations of homebuyers from greater New York City and draws on this knowledge when staging upstate properties.

Linda is creative, energetic and upbeat and participates in every project. She knows that staging works and can reduce the stress involved in showing and selling a house. For her, it is both a business and a labor of love.

Linda an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), and an affiliate of the Ulster County Board of Realtors. She is also a member of the Mid-Hudson Women's Network, the Dutchess chapter of Women's Council of Realtors and sits on the board of the Center for Spectrum Services Foundation in Kingston, New York. These organizations cover an area that includes, among others, the towns of Kingston, High Falls, Rosendale, Esopus, Glenford, Bearsville, Stone Ridge, Milan, Clinton, Stanford, Wappingers Falls, Millbrook,Woodstock, Saugerties, Gardiner, Rhinebeck, New Paltz, Hyde Park, Red Hook, Germantown, Tivoli, Newburgh, Poughkeepsie, LaGrange, East Fishkill, Hunter, Windham, Catskill, and Hudson.
