As a real estate agent, I found that my clients were a little touchy when I told them how to prepare their houses for sale. After a while, I didn't bother and just hoped for the best. But then a colleague told me about Linda Esposito. She was great with my clients, a real charmer, and so professional. Now, before I take a single photo for the MLS, I make sure Linda is there first. - Louis P., Realtor

About Linda Esposito and HouseSetters

Linda Esposito established HouseSetters in the summer of 2004 when she relocated from New York City to the town of Hurley, New York. During the ten months she spent house hunting, Linda became very familiar with the wide range of residential real estate properties in the Mid-Hudson Valley region, which includes Ulster, Dutchess, Columbia and Greene counties. At the same time, as a former New Yorker, Linda has a unique insight into the style and expectations of homebuyers from greater New York, the area from which the most active buyers have come. She is particularly well-suited to create the necessary rapport between these very particular buyers and sellers.

Linda is creative, energetic and upbeat and participates in every project. She knows that staging works and can reduce the stress involved in showing and selling a house. For her, it is both a business and a labor of love.

Linda is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and affiliated with the Ulster County Board of Realtors. She is also a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP), the Mid-Hudson Women's Network, the Hudson Valley Women Business Owners Association (HVWBOA) and sits on the The Children's Annex Foundation Board. These organizations cover an area that includes, among others, the towns of Kingston, High Falls, Rosendale, Glenford, Bearsville, Milan, Clinton, Stanford, Millbrook,Woodstock, Saugerties, Rhinebeck, New Paltz, Hyde Park, Red Hook, Germantown, Tivoli, Newburgh, Poughkeepsie, LaGrange, Hunter, Windham, Catskill, and Hudson.
